1. Do you have a mobile app for viewing and configuring your system?
   Yes, Unview has the Uniease and the UniTools Pro which has more configuration options

2. Which model supports the "follow the movement" in the parking lot use case?
   Uniview recommends the dual-lens PTZ camera. The fixed lens monitors the entire parking lot, while the PTZ lens tracks and captures moving vehicles.

3. I would like to have a quick reference guide with features for your various series, along with spec overviews if you have those. Can you share those with us?
   Here is a link to Uniview's product catalogs, product selection tools, and product specs.

4. Can we do AcuSearch using the mobile app?
   AcuSearch is currently unavailable in the app. This feature will be developed in the future.

5. Is cloud management [for switches] free, or does it come with monthly or yearly charges?
   Cloud management features are free to use after purchasing the switch. Find Uniview's introduction slides here.

6. What are certain features that will only work within the Uniview ecosystem (using a UNV camera and NVR)?
   All smart features are exclusively available within the UNV ecosystem. If you use ONVIF cameras or NVRs, you will not be able to utilize these features. However, if you use an IQ NVR, the NVR can provide some smart features for ONVIF cameras. And if you use other platforms, such as Network Optix, you can also utilize some smart features since Uniview has integrated with them.

7. Does your NVR come with preinstalled HDDs, or can we install our own?
   Unless otherwise specified, Uniview's NVRs do not come with pre-installed hard drives.

8. Can one log in to each camera using HTTP (through the browser) to configure or troubleshoot Uniview cameras? Do Uniview cameras have web connectivity using HTTP/HTTPS?
   Both cameras and NVRs can be accessed via HTTP/HTTPS protocols. Uniview devices have a web portal where you can view live footage and playback. You can also manage configuration on the web portal.
