October 16th, 2025 | Sneak Peek into Grandstream's 2026 Solutions

In this webinar, Grandstream offers a forward-looking overview of its forthcoming 2026 product roadmap and solution ecosystem. The key highlights include:

  • A focus on expanding unified communications (UC) capabilities to support hybrid and remote work models via more seamless integrations between voice, video, chat, and collaboration tools.

  • Enhanced security and compliance features built into the platform—such as upgraded encryption, stronger device authentication, and more robust network defence mechanisms—designed to cater to regulated industries and global deployments.

  • Devices and endpoints with improved hardware performance, such as higher resolution cameras, smarter microphones/speakers, and more powerful embedded processing, enabling richer collaboration experiences.

  • Emphasis on cloud-native management and monitoring: Grandstream is moving toward a tighter cloud-first model for device lifecycle management, analytics, and remote troubleshooting, reducing on-site labor and streamlining fleets.

  • A commitment to open APIs and ecosystem interoperability, making it easier for service providers and integrators (like us) to build custom workflows, integrate third-party apps, and extend the core platform.

  • The company also teased vertical-specific solutions for sectors like healthcare, education, and hospitality, where tailored endpoint UX and compliance features give added value.

  • Practical rollout and support notes: Grandstream reinforced its plan to maintain backwards compatibility for key device families, a gradual migration path for customers, and the channel-ready training and documentation that distributors can leverage.
