Typical deployment scenarios include: - Remote job sites and temporary installations - Outdoor surveillance and IoT networks - Backup WAN connectivity for business continuity - Rural or underserved locations without wired broadband With its rugged enclosure and wide operating temperature range, it’s built to perform in harsh conditions. ## **Performance & Connectivity in One Platform** The wAP LTE7 ax combines **Wi-Fi 6, LTE Category 7, and RouterOS** into a single, flexible platform designed for both local access and backhaul connectivity. On the wireless side, dual-band **Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax)** delivers improved efficiency, better client handling, and higher throughput compared to previous generations—making it well-suited for serving multiple devices on-site. For upstream connectivity, the integrated **R11e-LTE7 modem** provides LTE Cat 7 performance with carrier aggregation, supporting speeds up to 300 Mbps downlink and 100 Mbps uplink. This allows the device to function as a reliable primary WAN connection or a seamless failover option when wired service is unavailable. All of this is powered by **MikroTik RouterOS v7**, giving network administrators full control over routing, firewall rules, VPNs, and traffic management—whether deployed as a simple standalone unit or integrated into a larger network environment. ## **Where It Fits** The wAP LTE7 ax is a practical solution for: - MSPs deploying remote or temporary networks - Integrators needing reliable LTE backhaul - Businesses requiring failover connectivity - Outdoor Wi-Fi with integrated cellular It bridges the gap between **access point, router, and LTE modem** in a single, deployment-ready device.
