Streakwave and Grandstream are hosting a two-day certification training focused on GWN networking and UC voice solutions. The goal is simple: help you leave with a better understanding of how these systems are actually deployed and supported in the field.

Day 1 focuses on GWN Networking

- Troubleshooting and monitoring
Day 2 shifts to UC / VoIP
- System setup and provisioning
- Extensions, voicemail, and call routing
- Device management
- Security and maintenance
- Troubleshooting
Led by Grandstream
The training is led by Abdel Jaibar from Grandstream, so you’re learning directly from someone who works closely with the platform day-to-day.
It’s also official Grandstream certification training, so you’ll have the opportunity to complete certification as part of the course.
We’ve tried to keep everything straightforward so you can focus on the training itself.
