Mimosa Love It or Leave It - A Unique Product Offer
We are pleased to introduce the first ever "Love It or Leave It" campaign by Mimosa! We know that choosing a new hardware partner is a tough decision and we want to make your transition as easy as possible. So, between now and the end of June, we will be allowing selected Mimosa customers to purchase a Mimosa Backhaul link and return it anytime within the next 30 days* – no questions asked.
The guidelines for participation are as follows:
Customer must be purchasing Mimosa equipment for the first time
Only one link per customer is eligible
Product must be purchased between now and the end of June
Customer must contact Mimosa Support prior to returning product
In addition to the ability to return the product within the 30 day period, participants are eligible for Mimosa’s “Top Shelf Support”. This allows participants to receive one-on-one support directly from a Mimosa Tier 1 Installation Specialist prior to the actual product installation.
To activate “Top Shelf Support”, simply open a chat window during product unlock and tell us that you are a “Love It or Leave It” program participant. “Top Shelf Support” is available from 7 AM to 7 PM PST Monday - Friday.
If you are outside of the United States and would like to ensure that a Mimosa Tier 1 Installation Specialist is available at a time convenient for you, send us an email at email@example.com (or shoot us a note via chat). Please tell us that you are a participant in the “Love It or Leave It” program and include a little information about your specific application and the times (7 AM – 7 PM PST Monday - Friday) that would be best for you to schedule an appointment.
